Our story
From the Bristol menopause clinic Hazel founded in 2020, to a range of supplements, and now Perform for men.

Bristol Menopause 2020
Hazel founded Bristol Menopause & Wellwoman Clinic in 2020. Today it is a team of British Menopause Society accredited specialists providing comprehensive and compassionate care in women's health.
Working with patients there showed one thing again and again: menopause is not one-size-fits-all. Some women struggle most with brain fog and concentration, others with mood, sleep, hot flushes or joint pain, and many notice changes in their skin and hair.

Supplements by Hazel
So rather than a single "miracle pill", Hazel created a range of targeted supplements: Clarity, Peri, Rosy and Hair & Skin. Each formula is developed from clinical experience with thousands of patients, using evidence-based ingredients, kept simple, and free from unnecessary fillers.
Hazel takes them herself, every day. As she puts it, these are the formulations she genuinely needed.

Perform
In clinic, the same pattern shows up in men as in women: energy, mood, recovery and hormonal health are all connected. Perform brings the same clinical approach to men's health, with ten active ingredients and every amount printed on the tub.
